Corruption in gst

According to my husband, Corruption in GST starts from registration itself now. Getting told it's impossible to get it done in Delhi without a bribe.

You get a query for more docs with the name of official, then your CA is supposed to contact them and pay up. Anyone got it done without this in 2024? more

corruption is deep rooted, but to get the GST number is easy and is totally online. to get the GST number for the Fake companies one follows the corrupt practice more

It is CA ( dalals ) who gives bad name to any Govt department. first it was Income tax , sales tax, service tax and now GST more

It may be a plan of CA to extract as I observed from some of my closed known that they had got GST number online easily without paying and visiting GST office. more

Gst registration is online and if everything is genuine and correct it is automatic with time limits. We can lodge a complaint against corrupt officer with vigilance officers Instead of telling general statement the author can suggest measures to eradicate corruption more
