Corruption in Indian Society --------
Corruption is the Major event which outskirt the Indian society for the last several years . Corruption is that ill effect of Society which restricted the process of development & paralyse our country for nearly a decade . Corruption is not only foreseen in Administrative function of Government but it is widespread in almost all the corners of society. Every aspect of Life of our society is under the grip of Corruption Therefore time has came to fight against corruption . It is not only the duty of the Government to fight against corruption but it should be transform into mass movement.
The present Government of Mr. Na Mo has already taken action to free our country from corruption and Black Marketers . To recover Black Money Government has formed SIT.
I would like to Focus on some general issues of Corruption & Black Marketers which directly affect the General People.
a) Donation in private School – Every individual is well aware of the fact that If anyone is going to admit a child in a private School of any City , then an amount of Rupees Fifty Thousand to One laces has to be deposited in the School Fund . Sometimes the School Governing Body takes the total amount in Black without producing any Receipt copy.
Sometime they take the Donation in the name of Infrastructure Development or General Development of School . Interestingly the School authority take the money in the name of some NGO’s or Other Social Service Network farm . No private school in any Locality will give admission to the student without Donation . So the common people became victimised of the circumstances .
These are the acute case of Corruption to collect the unjustified Money from the common
People . Lot of evidences are readily available among the people . What Government has to do is to take stringent action against the offenders to save the people from sufferings
b) Huge Security Money Required during Renting of House in Metros specially in Bangalore – I want to draw my attention to the Government & BJP l Leaders on this issue.
In this case I would furnish a Practical Example on this issue. If we want to take Rent on Bangalore City, then you have to pay 12 Months advance money ( Minimum ) as security deposits. The owner of the house will not pay a single interest on this Security Money .
Moreover some owner of the House at Bangalore will hackle like anything while returning the Money . Sometime Huge amount is deducted from Security money without any assigned cause which is unlawful . Moreover , a minimum amount of one month rent would be deducted for Painting during the refunding of Security Money . Which is against the Tenant Act .
There are several cases in this area when the owner of the House did.t refund the money and give serious trouble to the Tenant. I think this should be stopped immediately and Government of India should formulate policies . directives to act against this unlawful House Owner. Appeal to Local BJP leader to act against this to get the faith of the common people.
c) Black Money about Fifty Percent are required in Buying a House in Metros like Delhi , Delhi NCR Like Gurgaon , Noida , Bangalore , Mumbai , Chennai , Kolkata – If we want to buy a house in any of the Metros then there are very possibilities that promoter or Real State Agencies will demand a huge Black Money from the buyer . Which is a clear case of cheating and gaining money at illegal way . The promoter or Real State agencies only Registered the amount as per existing Circle rate of Government and the remaining portion is Totally Black . If any things goes wrong the Buyer will not able to produce any Legal action against the Promoter as no receipt has been produced in the entire proceedings . Which is shamefully unlawful and Government of India would act against this open Market Black Marketers . Lot of Evidences are readily available among the People and Market which Government can used as evidences .
All the above cases are acute case of cheating or coorruotion and the common people are became the victim of this sabotage done by the offenders. Appeal to our New Government of Mr Na Mo to take stringent measure against the offenders to save the common mass and save India. more

The bottom line is that swift, and concrete action should be taken against the corrupt. Just talking about it for a few days on TV shows and then letting things die down is of no use and makes the common man lose hope in the system. As this government has the mandate, it has to put into action what it has preached. more

Provide a channel to Whistle blowers with top protection. Make a full proof online channel to upload supporting documents, video etc and you will reduce the corruption by 10% and due to threat it is further reduced to 40-50%. Only with detailed investigation of the supporting documents and events action should be initiated and the corrupts should be pinned. more
