Corruption in payment of Delhi PWD and CPWD

They should legalise all this by appointing authorised agents for settling all bills of all government departments and also they should act as agents for Government departments work as facilitators for ease of doing business with Government Department.

Otherwise they should computerise all services and there should be no need for any person to meet any Government officer for settlement of bills or for seeking any government service. Everything should be standardised once for all so that there is no question of any arguement or any questioning by anyone but all this is a distant dream more
