Corruption in Registrar´s of Coop Housing Societies

After I wrote about my own experience, many have expressed their own experiences about corrupt Registrar offices set up to solve coop society issues.

I am indeed glad that people have started exposing these corrupt government offices who are making money from societies who are run by goons or corrupt office bearers.

Registrar´s offices and his officials are working like vultures the day they receive complaints from aggrieved members. They look at this as an opportunity to make money and that is what they exactly do when they know committee members are corrupt.

This whole exercise is useless and does not deliver justice to members who approach Registrar for help. If this body is so corrupt and good for nothing we must write to CM Devendra Fadnavis to scrap this government body and think of an alternative which is lot more easier for people to approach and get their problems solved in a max one week time frame. And make sure designated officials deliver justice in the time frame.

No government officer who is there in the office to serve people for which he enjoys pay and perks at the cost of tax payers money is ever doing common people a favor.

If any official thinks he is a lord, he must get a boot on his back. Then only these government employees will behave themselves and work honestly and perform efficiently on the job.

I request all those who have had this experience at the office of the Registrar of the coop housing societies, this is the platform you must write about your experience on corruption in government offices.

Let us not allow these corrupt officials go scot-free and enjoy at our cost. Let us nail them. more

Thanks Mr.Dias and Mr.Angre. I will hv to check up whether can I go to media as case is in the court. more
Dear All, CCTV is very useful device now a days. But Babus are so smart that, they will not maintain this device. To conduct better show in such Government offices, it is better to maintain this device, if fails the responsible official/s should be sacked and no benefit like Pension, Gratuity to be given to them. Also it is necessary to check their wealth. more
Mr Kulkarni... I feel sorry for you getting victimized by Doctors who treated you to make money out of you. But as rightly suggested by Mr Francis Dias, you must approach media with your case and expose the doctors who have been a shame for the health profession. Like it is suggested, Approach Times of India and check how they can report your story. Keep all your documents to prove your case and also if the specialist doctors are willing to deposit their expert views in writing, do get their support to present your case to media. I also suggest that today, some TV channels are taking up these cases and it has wider and broader impact when the news story is published and broadcast. As regards to our support as a group, we haven't yet got any group activity or forum formed yet and we are only initiating to get together. So it would not be effective at this stage. We need to form a group or a forum first to deal with these type of cases. At the moment we should try and put the pressure on the new government to change laws so that unethical medical practitioners are made accountable and punished in the court of law and in fast track courts where justice is delivered fast without years and years of delays. I fully sympathize with your sentiments and wish you get justice sooner. more
Mr Chandrashekhar Kulkarni: I suggest you contact Times of India. I don't know anyone there but you could write to the editor. If I'm not mistaken they were running a campaign on the loot in the medical arena and yours apparently is a fit case for them to report on. All the best in your endeavor. more
