1. A national CBSE and State education regulator should be formed with some eminent citizens to check corruption in school admissions
2. Parents should be urged to freely report instances of such corruption on anonymous basis
3. Corruption local circles should started in every city and state with Government participation so citizens can easily escalate issues of corruption faced anonymously
4. The staff quota should only be used for the kids of the staff working in the school
5. If left unused, the staff quota should be opened to general public
6. Schools should be asked to send the details of the EWS kids to the department every year
7. Modernization of all the government/municipal schools with good premises equipped with all facilities
8. Private schools should not be allotted any land on concessional rates
9. Suitable laws should be made to make educational activities non-commercial
10. All private schools' bank accounts should be audited by the respective regulators
11. The Government should open more schools in public-private partnership.

Instead of getting corruption for school admission all the schools are collecting terms fees, special fees, and other fees as they decide. This type of collection is not much heavier in Corporation / Govt Schools. But the parents image is that whatever their financial position they want to admit their kids only in convent/matriculation/cbse schools. A Uniform pattern should be drawn by Govt and the entire education system should be changed in consultation with Scholars. A common programme should be implemented which should be a path for getting jobs on completion of their studies. Here, in education corruption comes in all professional colleges which are being maintained by Politicians and Highly sofsticated VIPs. more

Schools take state admin and cbse into confidence while indulging in corrupt practices and irregularities. So your idea will not work.m more  
Along with E admission all payments should be E payments. No cash payments. more  
Why not -as Kejriwal thought of upgrading the infrastructure in the Govt schools, then what is the harm if the level of such schools is raised and the people get relief from the hefty fees and the procedures. Wait for the results as was earlier therein Government schools more
