Corruption in Skill India : Feedback Sought
A few senior Government officials have gone on record recently stating that there are malpractices and corruption happening in Skill India mission. Some of you in the past have reported malpractices like awards to training institutes run by politicians and in some cases in manipulation by training institutes in delivering services, double counting of students etc.

The Worst part is the Anti-Corruption Bureau itself, with exceptionally exceptions. In a given case, Written Complaint was lodged way back In 2013 and 2015 with documentary evidences as Proof against 5 RTO Personnel’s who abused power & duties entrusted to them and Illegally and in Corroboration with Criminal Syndicate, group or gang - comprising History Sheerer and Habitual offenders since 2005 till date - Sold very owned TOYOTA Innova Car to third party without any consent, documents, permission, signature, even intimation. Over and above, same car meet with an accident and fictitious and fraudulent insurance claim well accepted, entertained and settled worth Rs. 6,00,000/-. On top of this, vehicle NOT ONLY sold Illegally BUT also transferred and Registered in the Name of Unknown person’s (Multiple Transactions) /third party without any consent, documents, permission, signature even intimation. Height of episode, very complaint along with relevant Documents was Officially handed over to RTO Dept. as if Anti-Corruption Bureau is working under them. NO ACTION, NO REGISTRATION OF CRIME, FIR and culprits openly dear to threaten “Dire Consequences/ Teaching a lesson” in one or the other way. Bank personnel's involved in the total episode of fictitious and Fraudulent Bank Account got promoted and coolly accepted VRS. TOTAL BOOTY of several Lacs of Rupees smoothly siphoned. ANY REMEDY ?????? THIS IS TIP OF ICEBERG MANY MORE TO QUOTE. more

All the Govt. sponsored schemes are defective and no will to implement it in its right perspective. more

Such things will happen as long as the merit based system is given goby people.Training is no good compared to merit based education. more

only ITIs be permitted to train. Most training institutes are only cashing on SC/ ST/ OBC Grants. more

No "Post Anonymous" postings please. The manipulation by training institutes in delivering services, double counting of students etc. are highly deplorable and should be stopped immediately. more
