Corruption in Tamil Nadu

Friends, a member had posted this anonymously in the Corruption circle of India. I think a discussion needs to take place in Tamil Nadu circle and we need to talk how to fix this bribery mess in the state. Is their hope or is it give up situation?

I run an industry in Tamil Nadu.
We need to bribe every government department to run industry. If I name them I have a fear whether I will be able to run the industry or they will find reasons to close it....
I have bribed the Industrial minister to get SIPCOT land allocation and Sipcot officials for registration
Bribed pollution control department to get Consent to operate
Bribed the Electricity board officers to get power supply
Bribed the Inspector of factories to get Factory Licence
Bribed the Fire service inspector to get Fire safety licence
Bribed the health inspector to get NOC
Bribed the local police station to register FIR for Theft items(Still not found)
and no action on that
Bribed the local politician and local people so that they dont create any unnecessary trouble.
They fixed rates for different approvals and licences for different people. With out bribing you cannot run industry in tamil nadu. more

I agree with you Sridhar. If you open your mouth, you will be in jail. I am the sufferer. No body listen to us. It has affected my family, my finance and my life. No one is helping even my own friends. It is pity. Dr.Raja Rathinam On Tue, Oct 23, 2018 at 1:39 PM Sridhar Mohan wrote: > more
Not only in Tamil nadu, all over India without bribes you can't run the factory or any business. The ratio will differ for state to state. Remaining all are same. It is very sad to say like this. There is a solution, all the public united together and protest against bribe. more
I worked in Major OEEs for more than 28 years , As a straight forwarded person, I had been threaten by Top Management Supporting Manpower suppliers and Scrap Dealers inside the company campus in front of Senior Officials like VP & CEO. As a GM of Corporate company, instead of supporting me to fight against corruption , Top management ( Corporate - Delhi ) asked me to resign from the concern . Its happening in most of the Industry . We are forced to involve in corruption or should not stand in between the corrupted team . Recently I started an SME industry and running in a small way . I had also gone through the same issues. Its corrupted every where. Its unimaginable in the Public and Govt Sectors . ( Corruption starts in the Security Check , Gate Entry , Material Unloading, Bill passing , Tender processing clerk and soooo on.) But everywhere there are Supporters & Well wishers in each department helping the Anti Corruption team .I m very much impressive of the Senior Officers , who is supporting me as a an Anti corruption Man . If such seniors are retained & motivated , Indian corruption level will drastically fall down. As an individual , if we raise the issue , we need to close our business. Hope it will improve . more
In this "me too"without naming the officials corruption money should be calculated and published.at least the officers would feel guilty more
This seems to be an opt solution in the present circumstances. Let us create an hashtage #weareforced so that anybody who has to bribe the government agencies, small or big, can post without revealing their identity in public. more
