corruption in tamilnadu

the DMK started it and the AIADMK under the late chief minister Jayalalitha perfected it;tamilnadu is a hotbed of corruption.one of the significant reason is the attitude of the citizens of tamilnadu itself which is contributing to this rampant corruption.ofcourse,by the law of nature,this will change,but when is the billion dollar question.a strong citizen movement is required for this. more

again and again i have mentioned this in many corruption related forums. it is only the question of affordability and it starts from even a worship place . if you pay 1 rupee to the poojaari he gives Vibuthi and kumkum in your hand with flower. if it is 100 you will be honoured with a garland of equal or less value fro the deities neck. if more even you will be taken inside the sanctum and allowed to do your pooja with your camphor . more  
The Electoral reform is a must and candidates with any issue cannot contest till they come out clean. A separate Court for all such people to be set up expeditiously. The case should be by case number and no spl. sittings. more  
When Intellectual Honesty & Truth being the foot rule for transparent and perfect n Clean governance , but completely Missing, the System has to Collapse through Citizen Action and Rebuilt plugging all the loopholes pulling out the unworthy from power enlightening the mass & public through forums without fear. more  
Corruption start, when there is any delay in delivery of any kind. If people in power insist on speedy disposal of work, at least 50 percent of corruption shall come down. more  
of course corruption can be controlled if systems are made automatic and with in one day rejection or approval will be displayed with the reason for rejection . still corruption will continue with the non compliance of the requirement more  
If freedom from corruption is needed, we must have major electoral reforms including the right to reject an elected representative. more
