Corruption in VFS organisation for Visa Processing

There is major corruption in VFS organisation in regard to visa appointments dates.

If one gets a vis appointment out in the future some corrupt fellows at VFS take money and get you the appointment.

Not sure if this graft goes all the way to the top or just stays at the vfs employee and manager level.
Hope it is not going to embassy officials in cash or kind. I really do.

Zubin Jal Karkaria the chairman and the organisation VFS must be probed by CBI and enforcement directorate. If it is employee level termination must happen along with serious audits. If the rut is systematic all embassies in India must be told to disengage With VFS more

Not only that the visa processing employee are corrupt, they do not look at funds, assets, and IT returns by father mother and main person. SUCH CASES have a basis for our Enforcement Directorate and DRI more
Yes It is happening. Unless you go through an agent or Direct You wont get Appointment. I took My VISA from Pune. My Colleague took VISA from Hyderabad. Few Peoples are not able to Check the form & data also raising unnecessary queries. Loss of time & money. In Embassy VISA this was not happening. more
Any mismatch between demand and supply creates an opportunity for making extra buck. Due to Covid the appointment for Visitor VIsa to USA is available after 377 days. Now someone who needs Visa immediately would request the Agent whether he can help. The Agent may ask for some money to arrange. Thus the customer and Agent both are equally responsible for corruption. more
I am ashamed to say that we Indians will always find ways to become corrupt with our ingenuity. One of the main reason for it is the tribe of AGENTS. We are a Nation of AGENTS. We have AGENTS for each and every activity and they tend to make your job difficult, if not impossible, unless you hire them. more
