Corruption is the root cause of all ills, Offences and Crimes

1.Citizen Funds, Savings ever getting looted by Licenced and unregistered Financial Institutions/Enterprises. 2.People’s Funds and Finances in Banks both Nationalized and Private are increasingly resulting in Writing off under Bad and Doubtful Debts and Funding adjustment by Governments whereby general public are deprived from Constitutional provisions. 3. Cases in various Courts have been running through exorbitant delays since the offenders, Witnessees have been escaping/absconding from Residential and work places starting from initial notices, summons on hearing of cases and, even in decree execution. These 3 are the issues that are to be eradicated by the Executive as well as Judiciary. 4. Society also has been facing increasing Offences and Crimes in general since last a decade. 5. Even after completion of 10 + 60 years of independence, the Constitutional Bodies not implementing Free and Compulsory Education upto 14 years of article 45, aided Education of article 46 and 15 [4] . 6. Even after 6 decades the poverty and paucity resulted in illiterates of about 46% , poor and deprived from Adequate Means of livelihood by approximately 65% challenging Mandates of Article 41 and, the 21, the Life Article. 7. Issues of above point 1 and 2 read with point 3 are the root causes for depriving the Citizen from their Constitutional mandates of Article 45, 46, 15 [4] and, 41 and thus the Life Article 21 stood ever challenged since 90s. 8. The Black Money and Concealed Wealth had been increasingly challenging the very Rule of this Country and particularly the Rule of Law too and is entirely due to lack of controlling factor like Unique identity Card that aught to be linked with every Phone Number and, all sorts of Bank Accounts. 9. Ultimately, the Executive and the Judiciary are the basically responsible Bodies of Indian Constitution NOT ONLY TO CONTROL MISUSE, MISAPPROPRIATION AND FISCAL CRIMES , but also eradicating the increasing Offences and Crimes in the Society . 10. Call it as Aadhar ID for Government Fiscal operations or, Crime Control Card for Public Safety Operations , ONE CARD IS ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL TO LINK ALL PHONES AND ALL SORTS OF BANK/P.O.A/cs to control increasing Black Money and, Concealed Wealth . Present Aadhaar Card serves the purpose of Safety of Government Funds and Finances BUT, Crime Control Card must serve the purpose of Safety of Citizen and their Savings, Funds and Finances whether held with them , in Banks or, other Financial Institutions licenced by the Governments. SUPREME COURT AND EXECUTIVE BOTH NEED TO SOLVE THE ISSUE OF PEOPLE’S SAVINGS, FUNDS AND FINANCES . It is indeed their vested Duty Constitutionally mandated. Refer “ Justice, Social, Economic and Political “ that was guaranteed in the Preamble of Indian Constitution which is the Guide and Directive of any Authority in Governance and Rule . more  

Corruption should be first eliminated at Peoples Representatives and Policy making level since more quantum are going at that level. Appropriate documentation at Tenders also reduces to some extent corruption. more  

S.C. upheld Aadhaar Saving Govt.Funds since set at Fiscal Bill. Public Finances and Savings in Banks, Financial Institutions NEED TO BE SAVED mandating Corruption Control Card and Link with all Phones, and all sorts of Bank Accounts Regulating all Sales and Property Transactions shall be Linked with this Corruption Control Card. S.C. in deed, could have directed the Government for : [i] a such Control for Saving Govt. Funds in Banks and Financial Institutions [ii] a Regulation to Save Public Funds, Finances and Savings in Banks and Financial Institutions IT COULD HAVE SAVED PUBLIC MONEY AND TIME TO URGE FOR THESE 2 TOP ISSUES OF PUBLIC AND NATIONAL INTEREST. more  

The main question is to work out the necessary strategy to eradicate the CORRUPTION FROM GRASS ROOT LEVEL. Otherwise we all are suffering and our coming generations will suffer more and more. To my mind this is the HIGH TIME. more
