Corruption is the root cause of all ills, Offences and Crimes
UNO General Secretary this week deeply regretted and cautioned the Countries to eradicate Corruption and Corrupt practices since this issue is the root cause of Torment/Torture, Affray/Assaults, uncertainty, Use of Arms/Terrorism, Drugs/Cheating, AND , ILLEGAL HUMAN TRANSPORT .
Corruption and Corrupt behaviour is increasing besides loot and misuse of wealth and Finances that to be set for ban. As UNO commented, the effect of Corruption and corrupt practices is resulting in deterioration of GDP by 5% .

2. Media commitment for secured Government rule
3.Promoting Safeguarding Whistle blowers, Police informers
ARE TO BE FAST INITIATED AND IMPLEMENTED .
Tax Evasions, ; illegal transport/transfer of Currency, Funds, ; Misappropriation ; through strict vigilance shall be curbed. It require Accountability for Companies, Auditors and several Vigilance and Investigating AND checks on Funds Flow and Cash Flow as well as Mandating Cashless Transactions.
It is high time for India and need to reinstate strict norms and practices together with imposition of strict Rules and Regulations in the relevant Fields including Political Parties those are basically responsible ; Finance Departments and Banks those are Fundamentally responsible ; the Policing of all fields those are to be duty bound in enforcing Law and order ; guarding Law and Justice ; AND the Judiciary which entirely become responsible for JUSTICE, Social, Economic and Political and, for the Mandates of the Constitution.
This tenders inevitable implementation of Aadhaar Card and its linkage to Phones, Bank/PO A/cs, and all other IDs including the Voter List ;;; AND ;;; making Cashless Transactions inevitable restricting to Rs.1999/- for Sales, Purchases and Salaries ;; restricting to Rs.199/- for all other transactions of Govt. , Govt. Bodies , for any payments, Charges, Fines, Fees AND, for all sorts of payments to Healthcare and Educational institutions .
UNLESS THESE ARE ENFORCED WITHOUT ANY DEVIATION AND DILUTION, IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO ERADICATE THE Ways, Means, and Sources of Corruption that increases Corrupt nature in the Country and result in multiple dangerous options and methods as identified by The General Secretary , UNO . more

Yes keeping quiet/crying is ruining our 14.8.47. In 2016 Sri Manas Nandi Ex-Serviceman AF shared his opinion to Start a Forum and was seconded. NLFNP Circle was formed for Constitutional Remedies and is still awaiting membership and support. In 2016, some suggested for State wise Circles in Transforming India and Bodies to deal issues with the Govts. In 2017 Country unearthed Crores of Black Money and Suitcase Companies and, a CJI teared his eyes ; a CJI opined joint meetings between Judiciary and Executive . In 2018 Country witnessing increasing Financial Loots, NPAs, Fast reaching Overdues for writing off under Bad Debts ;;;; CJI deeply regretted the issue of Convicted Heading a Political Party, keep proxy for Ruling -while as at 2013 itself Parliament, Legislatures comprise 36% Convicted sharing the Rule in the Country ;;;; Indian People's Democracy has witnessed a 17% Scored that held 3rd Status in Majority BEFITTED WITH THE RULE going against the guarantee given by Dr. Ambedkar to Constituent Assembly emphasizing the One Man One Vote that defeat/dethrone the refused and rejected Party ;;;; Sri Raghuram Rajan revealed the issues to Press about the CAUSES, REASONS, ISSUES, CONDITIONS in which NPAs had been increasing . Now, Sri G.C. Mathur suggested a way ;; Sri Krishnan Melarkode Raman suggested the 2nd way . The Suggestion of Sri G.C. Madhur is only BEST , FAST , CORRECT and one and only alternative moving through Retired dedicated and Sincere IAS, IPS Officers to start with . The Move is to be in 2 directions ::: one making existing Officers Stick to Constitutional Mandates and Laws ::: Second to work demanding Constitutional Mandates and awakening public of their rights that are still deprived and set aside . more

if u keep crying then future generations will also have to keep crying. the mess is due to ineffective judiciary. our judiciary allows absolute authority and impeccable immunity without any explicit accountability on to judges/advocates which is being exploited to make earning out of grievances by advocates. the merits of the case have lost priorities and other manipulation have bcom important. Judicial reforms fastening responsibility of advocates/judges to strictly adhere to rule of law otherwise punishable for aiding injustice is the need of hour. i have prepared rough petition " Indian Judiciary kills" which ull find under petition. If u fine it proper then u and ur friends may please sign it and we will pursue the matter to logical ends. more
