why in particular field, every where , manufacturers and shopkeeprs are cheating with MRP
U go to purchse oil paint, itemof 200 MRP, u will get in 90-120. as bargaining.
even bisleri, shopkeepers give onMRP, SAY 5 RUPEES MORE THAN OTHERS SUPPLY.
GST HAS NO EFFECT ON MRP. SAME PRACTICE IS BEING FOLLOWED.
PACKED ITEMS ARE HAVING MRP.WHY M OR MAXIMUM, WHEN ALL TAXES ARE COVERED IN GST.
WEIGHTS AND MEASUREMENTS DEPTT HAS NOT SO MUCH INSPECTORS, WHO CAN COVER ALL SHOPS.
WHY ADULTRATED MAWA, MILK IS IN THE MARKET.
SWEETS SHOPS, GROCERRY, SHOES,AND DAIRY SHOPS , NEVER GIVE ANY BILL. IF U INSIST, SIMPLY MEMO, THEY WILL HAND OVER.
NOTHING IS BEING DONE TO ROOT OUT THIS CORRUPTION.

I do not agree that congress only responsible.. All politicians in power are responsible. All the leaders in power for 5 years and above are responsible. The leaders who change ideology when they shift from opposition to ruling are responsible. and most of the Indian politicians have political roots in congress. And finally the corrupt voters who vote on caste, religion and other lines are responsible. more

There are several goods like painrts. hardware items, medicines, no one sticks to MRP. Discounts are allowed as per the bargaining power. RAilway flatform vendors particularlu IRCTC vendors sell the products much above the MRP. more

Dear , Instead of Blaming to FM ,I would say blame goes to Congress because after independence they have not form the rule and started corruption and not use the low and order at all. If they would have done some system work.By now India would have been the best in the world ,is it not. Second issue is we our self only blaming to others but we are not following the system ,as Mr. Singh said Bill are not giving? But have you demanding on regular basis and teaching to all others? No. When shop is saying I will charge the tax then why we are not arguing to them for what type of TAX. But we don't and we are leaving the shop without receipt. So first we should start following the system, then slowly every system will be OK. Sorry dear the fact is this. more

Why to blame only congress. All political parties seems to be corrupt. Was election 2014 not cirrupt. Lets keep aside political parties. The fact is that we ourselves are corrupt. Are we not selling our vote for Rs. 500 and bottle of liquor. Are we not paying bribe to gwt some favor. Stop getting favor and paying bribe. more

Sir, I fully agree with your contention. Congress made a mess of the whole country and its system. Sonia & her mafia is still free to see sunrise everyday. But the irony is : the present Govt is in power for almost 4 years - on their own - at the mercy of no other political party. But, what has stopped them for all these 4 years from DRASTICALLY CHANGING / OVERHALING THE ROTTEN SYSTEM / CONSTITUTION, RULES, REGULATIONS, ETC., ETC.? They spend most of the time exposing what Congress did or did not do. Modi does not have guts to even name any past Minister for the crime. He and his Govt always talk in vague terms. Why Manmohan Singh, Sonia, PC, Rahul, KSibal, etc., etc., etc. are NOT behind the bars? Modi is a good talker but lacks leadership quality. He is dumb. He is power hungry and for that he is ready to close his eyes against any criminal or anti national elements. Look what is happening in J&K? He has no guts to support his own Army men. Shame on him.

Rule are made to stop corruption but the same old machinery is there for implementation. The corruption can be reduced up to some extent, it can not be eradicated. I suggested so many times that population control is the only way to bring the corruption at minimum level and control terrorism. In low population people's need will be less and automatically they will have sufficient income. They will not do corruption and there will not be any terrorist as every body will have some work to do. more
