grocery shop, shoes, any shop of any type, if u insist , they will give u cash memo hardly.
i surprised, when in sambhal distict of up, in chandausi town, i purchased clothes, sarees and offered card for payment, answer was " saab ye yahaan naheen chalta, sarkar ne abhi tak swipe machine naheen dee hain.bank mai application diya hai, koi naheen sunta"
what our marketing inspectors are doing?why not vacancies filled.if sweet, milk samples are collected, to threaten shopkeepers, not for quality and action.all digital balances are using, but no stamping.

why cost of rice, wheat, sugar, edible oil if any is not transfered in bank accounts.

The basic fundamental on which GST is based is not properly founded. In most of the cases, you will not find any bill from the seller. Hence, corruption is bound to continue. more

Welcome to India. At least be happy you no longer have to buy adulterated wheat, rice, dals and oils from the local kirana stores. Many days were spent cleaning the purchase of stones, muck and other adulterants at homes in those days. more
