Corruption rules, cityzens pay more for corrupts

It is universal truth that a minimum of ten percent o all tenders go to railway babus before issuing the work order and every one in Railway from Peon to Chairman share this loot. As a result cost goes up and consequently poor passengers have to pay more. No one understand why our Government is so afraid of these babus and why cannot they take any action against thsi loot Recently some more than 5 Crores have been recovered froma single person and that was a collection for a single contract. Can you imagine total amount of loot in Railway. The Catering contractor has to pay heavy monhly hafftta that is why he is supplying filth grade animal food. The babus always couriers to book luggage without paying anything. TTE allow passengers to travel without ticket and in stead pay them the concessional fare.
At the end of day, poor passenger ends up paying more fare and less filth grade devil grade services or animal grade food.
The Supreme Court should take up mater suo motto action and appoint a committee to report whether these is actual loss in Railway or it is due to corruption and Hafftta. more

Another cause for corruption is lack of objective in the enforcement. Example - wearing of mask is to prevent spread of corona, but the enforcement people wait at a far end deserted corner of the main road and catch motorists and two wheelers while large number of people wandering around without mask at busy market places. Not even a person to remind or guide people to wear masks at busy locations. In short, any law or proviso is a opportunity for corruption for the govt concerned employees. more
Root cause for corruption is method of drafting the law itself. So much ambiguity and discretion and unnecessary provisos make the law a tool of convenience for the officers. more
The Corruption is mental attitude of person. If He is honest , will not take it. I saw both types of person. When the Person is paying Rs. 3.00 Cores for railway board member ,what you expect ? The Capitol Delhi & the peoples are in Corrupt mind what you will do ? Another hand Our Businessmen also not honest. They always supply sub standard material. This Gives chances for corruption. more
Dear, Yes the corruption is the main rout cause of the increase in prices /ticekt fare and so on. Railwayt is not the only organisation it is now very common in almost all the public depts. This is why the honesty is almost vanish. The things are in shelter of Corruptionor under political shedow. A mass revolution should take up the issues like it. more
India most corruption persons are IN 1)Government Servants (2) MLA.(3) municipality (3) VIDHAYAK (4) License DEPARTMENT ETC. If businessmen want to do business & without giving notes under the table they will not receive the business.. So the suppliers are supplying low quality materials to cover the money which they pay to corrupt persons. Link is to pay for taking the order, to store department to passing the bills to account department, to engineer for passing the materials, to account department for release the cheque. Without passing the notes to corrupt person your work will be not compled. Suresh Parikh (small workshop holder.) more
That is how India has become a banana democracy and all dogs and donkeys of filth grade are enjoying free Bungalows. army of peons, cars and right to loot India. more
