CORRUPTION TARNSPERANCY INT SUGGESTIONS

Inaction corruption is due to the harassment by various investigative agencies like CBI CVC and others and also there are opposition parties NGOs etc who are always waiting to find a scandal and make mountain out of mole. In 2012 to 2013 there were lots of corruption cases like 2 G coal , land grab , etc etc. There was movement lead by XYZ and sponsored by ABC and also many others , till date no one has been convicted.

Instructions are given by TOP people implemented by BABU and finally many people make money but few innocent are caught and punished. Law takes umpteen number of years to settle cases.

Please find out why Mumbai Blast case which happened in 1993 is still pending , those who were convicted recently may have gone for appeal that will take another 25 years to get settled.

It is better to give free hand to all Government officers to work , make our systems such that everything is web based , there is no scope or minimum scope for corruption. In fact no common person , business man or anyone needs to meet or see know the Government servant all transaction should be through the web and net and software program

There are many software consultants in India and abroad they can develop robust and effective efficient systems for use in Government offices. If Governemnt of India really wants to reform transform and make it digital India this is need of hour. more

One would be tempted to ask- are these true? There are plenty of such general allegations and doubts in the minds of people-nothing comes out unless the media agree-they are also part of this game-questions and discussions raised by Meenakshi Mehta-Powerful People and their ways- the ways chances and opportunities, postings and contracts are offered and given to one or more regions of the country- need to be answered by authorities- for people with clody minds will otherwise ever flat in the unclear sky. more
Web based online interaction with most govt offices will reduce the corruption to a very large extent. eGovernence has proven it. For instance, property tax is paid online now in Kar. Before, we used to go to the office, for entering the form and submitting the tax would incur Rs100 for residential properties. Now it is online. We save time, leave (I used to apply half a day leave), local transport fuel cost, corruption cost and I pay it coolly from home at convenient time. Most (80%) IAS officers are clean. It is state passed administrative officers who are not clean. more
I am in agreement with Mr Saba Pathy's post. On line complaints should be very effective in curbing the corruption where people have to interact with Govt. officers. However a way has to be found through which open corruption which any one can see at lower level could be effectively checked. For instance when a Non-Judicial stamp paper is sold for 20% of its face value and that too by a proxy of licencee with his own signature or vendors selling unhygienic food by road side blocking free flow of traffic. more
In India, law is an escape route for criminals. Right from lodging a complaint at any police station or any Govt. office for the resolution of any dispute, it is the complainant who suffers. The culprit enjoys his way to ensure that the complainant is made to suffer the consequences of his complaint. How can a complainant get justice? more
The real question is 'who require a corruption free world.. Every one Wil say that they are against corruption, but turn blind against corruption by themselves or their party. Free hand for law enforcement with strict supervision along with Innovations such as BTT is the remedy. Will our corrupt politicians allow this?. more
Modi had a once in a lifetime opportunity to eradicate the corruption from routes at all levels by implementing BTT @ just 0.5%, but he has chosen a very round about route of demonetization, GST et al, not only making everybody's life miserable, but even putting his future in jeopardy. Why ..?? Introspect and you will get the answer, friends. more
I am in agreement with Mr Prakash Bhave. I have come accross few govt officers who , in their service , tried to delay taking decisions with a fear
to face querie/ delays and put at stakes their retirement dues in case they take some conclusive decisions. Rather they preferred to dealy taking decisions as they would retire in a year or two or three and so on. The decision making process at higher level was thus stalled by them. This situation need to be improved. Unfounded enquiries etc must be concluded immediately. No doubt , decisions taken with malafide motives must be tackled sternly. more
BTT is the final solution. But the corrupt politicians will not allow this. more
