corruption while getting affidavit
I feel there seems to be lot of corruption while getting affidavit and other documents sworn before Magistrates. I have not understood as to why some money is charged when the Magistrate is paid for the job. If you dont go through somebody you will hardly be able to get affidavit. One has to pay Rs. 500/- to Rs. 1,000/- per affidavit.
Even affidavit signed by notary is also charged of Rs. 100/- or so.
There need to be fixation of charges which should be properly displayed. I hope 'AAP' would consider the subject to be addressed.

I remember in Jaipur during a court case I used to obtain copy of every document or text submitted or judgement given and the official cost of getting a copy was Rs.2/- per copy but I used to give 10/- per copy to the lawyer's munshi for doing all the application papers and running about, including any speed money to be delivered in 1/2 days. For the same work Lawyer would charge 20/- per copy despite that he will get it done thru same munshi only. So instead of a lawyer catch hold of a munshi he would get it done cheaper than lawyer. Thanks Bhagat Ji for vating my opinion. In addition to it, If we see the appitude phenomina, Laywers are avg graded people in their school examinations. This also contributes a negative aspect at whole of the judiciary. more

Good point !!! Appreciate your concern and in fact we all are the victim of corruption in one way or another...corruption has penetrated into our lives very deeply...and the entire system need to be overhauled.... Raising such issues will certainly help but some stronger steps need to be taken and such people should be exposed .... unfortunately there are many such areas where speed money is involved but still the platforms are not much where these complaints can be taken forward !!! more
