training should be ongoing and continuous process. But the system depended approvals will remove corruption. Human depended approvals will never. more

I did not say 'No Computer' It should be used with the same staff who are not yet experienced with it. Some cannot take it and you cannot send them home. It need time to improve the present system. Personnel connection with the processing staff make more opportunity for corruption and Bribe. more

this is wrong notion. Technology never reduce man power, it creates more avenues for employments. The situation when there were no computers and today, the employment has gone up only. more

We are yet to grow more to introduce full computerization. We are man power oriented country. We need to make efficient man power for us to to export to solve the unemployment problems. more
