Yes post GST the business has to have on line payment mechanism. But state machinery is not tuned to check at merchants places. more

A lot of the local business are charging GST but do not give a bill for the same. They only show part of the products sold for the purpose of GST. The rest of the amount they pocket. more

There are plenty of complaints already poured in since implementation of GST on the 1st July, 2017 about charging of GST over & above the MRPs on various commodities by the traders/retailers. However, we have not yet come across where the authorities have taken any action against the concerned neither the finance ministry had come out with any clarifications issuing warnings to the traders/retailers to refrain from fleecing money from the consumers in the name of GST. Let the government regulate this thing first. more

Many people have opened multiple companies to avoid the GST limit of 20 Lakhs. Can the Govt.check the correlations of the new companies opened after the introduction of GST? more
