Could someone kindly suggest a good medicine for a chronic case of urinary tract infection and suggest what is the treatment one should follow? more

For chronic cases, Homoeopathic medicines can be prescribed. Along with that intake of water should be increased and care must be taken to void urine at frequent intervals and not wait till the urge becomes very acute. Other changes in food habits, etc may be reqd. more

You can all the suggestion but to be really well and free from disorder you need to consult the Homoeopathic physician in you area. He may recommend diet you need to follow. more

If the UTI is acute. You will have to take Anti Bio-tics to get rid of it completely. After that Get the Blood tested. Once the UTI is cleared. You can go on Ayurveda / Homeopathy. You can also consult a good Urologist. Because UTI can cause Kidney Problems which will become serious. As they say stitch in Time saves Nine. more
