Country club / country vocation
Hi, I have taken country vocation 5 year plan after paying agreed amount. As part of this plan I was supposed to get country club card ( life time) as well.
Post payment I hv not received any communication for 1+ year from country club / country vocations. With the busy work schedule I also not followed up. I have not received any card. Till now.
Later they started to connect with me for some yearly charges / discounts etc. I told them first you send the membership card etc then ask for yearly charges. Later they came back saying there is pending amount towards membership is pending. This whole story gone for 3+ years. Finally they came back that all payments are done and no payment pending from my end.
Post all these they updated in the system as 2years plan. I told them it's five years plan. They said no it's 2 years plan. And they asked me to send the agreement. I sent the agreement. Then they said they will update the system. This went on for 1 + years. In between they asked for myfamily Aadhar card details for sending the card.
So far they hv not updated their system nor they sent the membership card.
When we call them there is no response. No of times visited their office in Sivaji nagar. Every time they it will be closed in few days but so for it's not upted to 5year pan nor membership card sent to me.
I would like to go for legal action. Your support and suggestions/guidance please.

The Consumer Complaint (Subject your Claim & Compensation below Rs. 20 lacs - If it is above Rs. 20 Lacs then you can go directly to the State Conusmer Commission - Mumbai) Forum at Govt. colony, Bandra (E) and other legal Courts the Jurisdiction will be Mumbai i.e. Andheri (E) civil and Criminal

RTI is just to get Information and not a tool of remedy. Complaints to various forums i.e. legal remedies are the only the way out. Unfortunately it require lots of time, efforts and money. But it is the part of our social System. more
