NOW MOST OF THE PEOPLE HAVE MOBILE PHONE.LAWYERS DO HAVE A MOBILE PHONE.THEREFORE ALL THE SHORT COMMUNICATIONS SUCH AS SUMONS ,COURT DATES,NEXT DATE FOR APPEARING IN THE COURT SHOULD BE COMMUNICATED TO THE REGISTERED MOBILE NUMBER,AND,TAKE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FOR THE SAKE OF RECORDS.
THIS WILL SAVE PAPER WORK,TIME,LABOUR(TYPING COMMUNICATING,SIGNATURES,POSTING -DELIVERY,MANPOWER,SIGNATURE OF PROOF ETC ETC) AND SAVE IMPORTANT TIME.
AS IT IS ,THE COURT PROCEDURE AND FOLLOW UP TAKES TOO MUCH TIME.THE JUDGEMENTS GET DELAYED-POSTPONED FOR WANT OF DATA,STAFF,NUMBER OF CASESS,SHORTAGE OF JUDGE ETC,THEREFORE SAVING OF TIME IN EACH OPERATION IS VALUABLE AND IMPORTANT WITH LESS HASTLES. more

Why cant you represent in your case and argue. why you require the service if a lawyer or advocate? No where in the constitution prescribe that the client to appear with lawyer. i say you are better than a lawyer to argue your case which will serve time and money.I against what mr. Anantpadmanakhar confused you.No advocate . Judge will hear and hear your case. more
