COURT'S JUDGEMENT

Thank you sir,  It is real and I see if it is the Quid Pro Quo for Upholding Constitutional Amendment Act39 for the Striking down of Constitutional Amendment Act 99. I recall those days news "Uncle Justice" is ever green for the Nasty Dynasty and that being so I wonder if the Justice delivery, can ever be an Honest, selfless, fair as the Law of the Land prevails, even to the Unequal litigants, means the poor & wealthy: weak & Strong? I wish to cite here my this conclusion is based on the Judgments I got in my WP 9688/1987, WP 25571/2003, WA 1384/2008 & SLP (C) 292/2012. The word "Mercurial" in the order against the State Policy issue involved in my case is equal to such order in Jallikattu that the State had to NULLIFY because of Public pressure. But I wish in my case, I shall die with this Injustice to me than to create Public Pressure in such a sensitive matter of State Policy, that deals for the promotion of the Fundamental Duties of every citizen to defend our nation, Judiciary is expected to interpret in favor of Ex-Servicemen. This is exactly is the Spirit of GOI as established in the Preface to Ex-Servicemen (Re-employment in Central Civil Services & Posts) Rules 1979 and the Rule 8 declares that the interpretation of Government of India will be Final and Binding. Rule 19 read with Rule 37, read with very many GOI O.M.s in this connection and ONGC defective VRS 2001 Tender as in its Para 1.2 was challenged by me and ONGC rectified the Defects, Promised in its VRS 2003 Tender clauses 1.2, 2.1, 2.2.1, 2.2.2, 3.1.4,.3.1.5, with respect to my offer in Para 9.4, 9.5, and Para 15 (A), ONGC refused to Perform the promises. ONGC adopted all UNETHICAL and UNFAIR Practices because I was also a Whistle Blower against those Corrupt, I am singly responsible to save Several Crores of rupees to Government of India. Judiciary distracted from my main prayer, cited rules, the offer & Acceptance conditions, the Principles of Natural Justice etc and even not only discharged the Principal First Respondent, who has to be made Principally responsible Under Rule 8 of the Ex-Servicemen (Re-employment in CCS&P) Rules 1979, but also ONGC engaged my senior counsel to defend it against its Income-Tax rule violations.Hence, even SC thrown all the above issues to the winds and Assaulted my self esteem as Ex-Serviceman by its trespassed "MERCURIAL" order. As such until the Judiciary by itself recalls its order and provide me adequate compensation for  all the pains, losses, mental agony, it has caused me, I will keep writing so here, sir. Recently believe it or not Judiciary has become a business. It has nothing to do with justice related jurisprudence but has become a commodity? Malicious judgments, under the table money, political influence fake documents so on and so forth etc.,etc., SORRY BUT NO ONE CAN DENY THIS FACT. more

It is nice information that there are 4 S.C. Judges encourage citizen exposing FAULTY judgments. Yes I have a few as I was a Court bird. In my WP 9688/1987, a judgment that neither party won and neither party lost the case and finally in SC the matter came up as SLP (C) 5532/2012 and Justice was done. I am the petitioner in the original WP 9688/1987, as the General Secretary for the Contract Labor. I have been to court as labor leader and Corrupt officials performed even before Courts took up the matter, for fear and not to publicize their acts. I had been successful as a Whistle Blower, saved several crores of rupees to Government of India. But the corrupt is making my life miserable denying my due retirement benefit. I have approached judiciary with WP 11734/2002, the order at admission stage it self was good. But I had to file CP 630/2003. From here on Judiciary distracted from my original issues, Rules, including vital State Policy defiance in my WP 25571/2003, WA 1384/2008, SLP (C) 292/2012. Hon'ble SC not only denied me justice but assaulted the Self Esteem of Ex-Serviceman that I am, but also tress passed in to State Policy matter as in Jallikattu. Government due to public pressure, allowed Jallikattu against the SC order against it. It had dealt the State Policy at length, again for wrong reasons. In my SLP (C) 292/2012 also SC instead of interpreting for the promotion of Fundamental Duties of Every citizen to defend our nation it CALLED MY PRAYER AS 'MERCURIAL' The respondent ONGC has suppressed all facts of my case, and ADOPTED ALL UNETHICAL, UNFAIR MEANS. Can SC be MISLED? I SAY NO. but I have failed to get Justice. I am writing to Government and I cannot expect PM to go through all the 125 Crore citizen's grievances and solve but Bureaucracy Wantonly fails Modi Ji, is my conclusion.
