Looking at case load yesterday between 3600 - 3900 (attached) based on which data you refer to, we will have major major issues if dms and police commissioners fail to enforce like what was happening yesterday at liquor shops.

I request all circle members to go through this study and localcircles who in Govt have you given this to? more

The above data will have no relevance in the coming days, as the spread of COVID 19, is unexpected and may fluctuate depending on the awareness and social distancing factor of the public at large. more
but lockdown is not only remady to control c 19 more
for wine shops on line booking toakens may be issued with number and date , time to go to shop so rush can be avoided more
Both lives and livelihood are important. For that the full lockdown should be in only designated areas. It will go on changing with time until a cure is found for the virus. It may take even a year more
One thing. Why you ask us to react. We should ask the central government for giving the permission to open the liquor shops. Many state governments are being blamed for this thing, despite the fact that they are just following the orders from the Central Government. It is Modi's governments biggest fault to give permission to open these liquor shops. No one else need to be blamed. For the drunkard persons, they are getting liquor after almost 1 1/2 months and they got their own fear when Mr. Modi will stop this sale. Yesterday in Andhra Pradesh liquor shops are opened and there was pandemic near liquor shops. Today the liquor prices are increased by 50% (total 75% increase), but ultimately they have closed the shops in the larger interest of people. How many governments can do like that? more
