Create Jobs
Many foreign countries are paying more than 80% of the last salary withdrawn to those who have become jobless after sometime. But India doesn't have any benefit even for those who are qualified and still hunting for the jobs.
Please read the Forbes report in the link below.
The government has rehabilitation schemes for the misled youth who were lured to join terrorist groups, rehabilitation schemes for ex army and ex para military forces, then why not some benefit for the unemployed young engineers, doctors, PhDs, PGs and graduates.
Many private organizations are re employing the retired people or giving the extensions after their superannuation. Government should charge 100% tax to such organisations for blocking the employment and pay to the unemployed. This way they will be hired for their experience and expertise and not because such organisations have to dole out less money to the retired personnel.
Reduce the retirement age in government and private organizations. Earlier it was 55, then 58, currently it is 60 years and rumor has it that some banks are going to extend it to 62 years. This will create more unemployment.
Many private schools hire the retired teachers from government by paying them a meager amount. This is not only degrading their status but also becoming an obstacle to the young unemployed. Government must stop this practice if it sincerely wants to solve the unemployment.
Many retirees from the banks, work for the private firms to whom the bank was lending. By paying 10k to the retired bank manager, the businessman is the winner all the way. Because this man would carry out the bank jobs quite easily for the firm now. Loser is the bank (the retired manager would share the bank trade secrets with the firm), another loser is the young unemployed who would never get experience to show in his CV.
In Philippines, organizations hire 4 persons @ 10K Peso than keeping one with 40K Peso. You will find young men and women working everywhere in the malls, markets and offices-all smiling faces.
2 Years have passed. Enough talking. Lets do some work and prepare to show something in 2019.
