The padding up of GST over MRP is a clever idea of traders, and, might be due to the fact, the local GST officers might have ignored this practice. PLEASE NOTE THAT NOTHING CAN BE DONE. In India the cleverest people are villains and not the police or tax admn. M.Balachandran vare still in their k have the active "?????" of the local GST On Mon, Jul 16, 2018 at 10:07 AM, Shailesh Deshmukh < support@localcirclesmail.com> wrote: > more
This disease of not giving the Bill to the customer prevails all over India. Doctors, in small clinics, are using it as a means to make more earnings. They know it well that the patients, in their plight, will be hesitant to ask for the Bills. Likewise, small retailers/ traders resort to a similar malpractice. Organized raids by GST department & imposing very heavy penalties on the concerned seller/ service provider, and publishing their names on the web is a possible solution. Alternatively, depositing a minimum amount of GST every month, based on different businesses, should be made mandatory. For example, no doctor even in a small clinic shall be attending to less than 10 patients per day, each paying a consultancy fee of minimum Rs 200/-. Thus on a monthly billing of Rs 50,000/-, the GST should be payable at the prescribed rates. I am sure the experts do have better solutions to these riddles, but any policing solutions which incorporate humans as inspectors will fail miserably since we, the Indians, have inherited the legacy of falling a prey to corruption. more
