Creating a system to fight Crime against Children
If you go by the video of child abuse by Vijaya, it seems the teachers in most schools have no concern about child abuse by older senior school children.
We need to create a phone hotline like 100 for all child abuse cases which goes to a central ministry and ministry forwards it to respective SHO of the area who should be held accountable for action within 24 hours.
Appropriate capacity should be added. And also if a juvenile is proven to be doing child abuse they need to be sent to a correction center at first attempt which means loss of regular school and large scale awareness needs to be created about it among children through advertising budgets of women ministry via all forms of media. more

Images shows only men doing sexual harrassment to a women, what about women's doing same thing with a men? Even I have come across couple of occasions! But being a man ,Could not share with anyone ! But our society what ever happens in a closed door, but we are ahead to blame only men! My own experiences says women's are more ahead and agressive in any business. more

MYSELF NANDIKANTI SAI KUMAR want to bring to your notice that The High court bench made it clear that the states have to set up child friendly courts and vulnerable witness courts in all the districts . All Inquiries and trials under Juvenile Justice Act , protection of children from sexual offences Act, the prohibition of child marriages Act and other similar offences are required to be carried with a degree of sensitivity , care and empathy for the Juvenile victims,and all the posts in these commissions are filled up with responsible and sensible persons . The police have a greater role in these cases are there is every need to set up special Juvenile police units. Eminent persons from civil society must be appointed as visitors to monitor the functioning of these child care institutions. MYSELF therefore, request you to see that Child Friendly Courts should be there in all states of the country, Telangana and Andhra pradesh states immediate measures to Set up CHILD FRIENDLY courts at the earliest. In USA, Canada- even in schools if the child gets hurt , the respective teacher of the session have to meet the parents, whilst picking up, explain the situations and assure them it will not happen again. more

the head of the institution surely knows the nature of all his staff members .He can take action and complain to police. do not expect children will complain more
