It is time to fix the responsibility at all level. We need to take action on builders, credai for not informing authority of wrong doing of its member, and the people involved in monitoring the projects sanctioned by the authority. The government staff is equally responsible and should be made to pay for wrong work done in their tenure. Builder should be banned for wrong doing for ever and money should be recovered. The time limit for completion is very important and the project are not completed because builder invest clients money to buy other projects and the buyers wait is never ending.
General public is equally responsible in this and they invest in this type of project and consider that once it is made the govt. will accept it. Based on these assumption only many unauthorised colonies are coming up and this is bad system. and act against the law abiding citizen.

Shive had a good point in deed, we are responsible for our owes. The root cause is lack of awareness, shady deals, unwarented trust & belief . No fixed system & process of terms & conditions.
