credit card GST

I have a question: If the Bank refunds the card fees, are they bound to refund the GST? The fee is charged in January, but refunded in April. Please let me know. more

I believe that this should be followed up asking for a copy of the GST rule that says no refund. Also, I believe that this is a fit case for RBI to enquire into. I request everyone to follow-up and bring the banks to correct this.
I fought with HDFC Bank and got my GST refund. more
