Crowd Funding illegality
Saw the sebi calling crowd funding sites illegal post. If that is the case what happens to companies that have already raised funds from these sites. Do those companies become deemed public companies? This does not sound start up friendly? more

Private funding through crowd funding may destroy Banking business, that may be the fear of RBI and other agencies? So they banned it. more

Shikha, Your observation is based on half backed facts & figures. In view of the last Two+ years of NDA rule lot of positive new initiatives for development of self employed start-up entrepreneurs have been taken. Main problem is the rusted mindset of a few senior bureaucrats owing allegiance to UPA government are creating stumbling blocks for obvious ulterior motives. more
