CRPF Convey Attack in J & K and, Pakisthan's Politics

A.There is need to deal the issue direct with Pakisthan quoting the earlier issues of such Attacks on Military, CRPF, Civilians demanding disclosure and strict Probe immediately arresting the members of Jaish-e-Mohammad.
There is need to bring World wide Pressure on Pakisthan Government finally .
B. Order for continued President’s Rule till September ’19 giving scope for Elections in September mandating imposition of inevitable President’s Rule for direct 5 years , calling the issue of 5 years needed President’s Rule in case of Punjab.
Supreme Court also need to think of the seriousness of the issue , order for inevitable imposition for a continued period of 5 years in terms of the earlier issue where the Constitution had enhanced 3 years to 5 years enforcement .
C. These compulsory Security Actions are a must at the interest of the Union of India . The below 5 issues prove and demand for such strong Security based actions for both the State of Jammu and Kashmir as well as the whole Nation.
1. CRPF Convey attacked by Jaish-e-Mohammad an Institution originally formed in Pakisthan by Masood Azhar and backed by ISI of PAK, killing 40 , injuring 30 out of 145 Force on 14.02.2019 the next day of BJP Govt Parliament Session Sine Die for general Elections.
2. While Jaish-e-Mohammad declared that they staged attack on Indian CRPF their Three Top Leaders who planned, programmed, organized the Attack are identified, located and Killed by Indian Army by 18th instant while the Indian Government and Nation as a whole warned on 15th for a revolting retaliation over the Pulwama CRPF attack on Jaish and their backing Pakisthan .
3. [a] Today, the 19th PAK P.M. declared that Jaish was long ago Banned in Pakisthan ; PAK has no role in the Pulwama CRPF attack ; PAK is ready to cooperate any Investigation/PROBE on this Issue ; PAK is ready and powered to retaliate if India Stages a War against PAK .
3. [b] Pakisthan P.M. further alleged that Indian Government is creating rumours on PAK just for the Political Interest in fast approaching Elections.
4. Now, the issues of above point No. 1 (the next day of BJP Govt Session being closed for General Elections ), PAK P.M’s commenting allegation of point 3 [b] , put together wholly prove that there is definitely the hand of Pakisthan on the 14th February attack on Indian CRPF to dilute the Election process in India including the Jammu and Kashmir [ J & K] .
5. If PAK P.M. really believe that his Government/Military has no hand in the Attack on Indian CRPF , Pakisthan shall come forward for Investigation on the Issue in true faith and, commitment to curb Terrorist Institutions. more
