The currency of such ads in print and social media is highly confusing. more
I understand that CRYPTO CURRENCIES like Bitcoin, CoinDCX and many others are not legal in India. Even the ads admit this. I fail to understand how GOI Ministries like Consumer Affairs, Law and I&B etc are silent about advertisements of illegal products in print and electronic media. Unsuspecting and gullible public is being fooled by unverifiable claims stated in advertisements about products of companies launched by master schemers and fraudsters. Remember green plantations products some decades ago, which were showing endorsements by leading cricketers and were banned by Supreme court. But by then, fraudsters had managed to fleece many. more
In yesterdays prestigious newspaper this ad appeared. On seeing it my first impression was - is Crypto currency a legal tender now in India? Is it safe. Do neither the newspaper nor finance ministry has any responsibility? more
Government should bank cripto currency without any delay. more
Fully agree. It is very misleading, irresponsible and misguiding the gullible common man / vulnerable investors. Request advertising council should take notice of this and ban the add with immediate effect. In recent past itself how the crypto nose dived all over is well known to many of us. more
