I am facing the problem of burping of a different type. I have tried allopathic/homeopathic/ayurvedic treatments but no respite. My problem is that I get the attack of burping as and when I sit in meditation - early morning or in day time. After 10-15 minutes of sitting, burping starts and I have to discontinue my meditation. Any cure please. more

I am doing meditation and yoga regularly. While doing meditation I also pass gases and over a period of about a year it has reduced as I continued with meditation. In your case I can certainly say that it is because of wata and pitta ( Ayurveda term ) which is mainly gas bubbles or balloons formed in the body and because of meditation it is getting released. You should continue with meditation . It will be better if you start after bawls are clean for cleaning bawls you can drink 3/4 glasses of warm water. Follow it with pawanmuktasan , chakrasan which will remove entrapped air in your body. more
