Customer Care service
I have Annual Maintenance Contract with LG.
I had a complaint of AC cooling & Outdoor unit making a big noise while the compressor is on.
I made the complaints for the same in LG Customer care around two months back.
First the technicians from LG franchisee, Comfort Point AC Service centre checked the AC, made service & went away.
My problem was not solved.
I made the complaint again in LG Customer care.
This time, the technicians from Comfort Point AC Service centre, took out my AC indoor unit to their workshop.
They returned it & installed it.
Still cooling was not satisfactory & outdoor unit noise was the problem.
I again made the complaint.
This time they have taken my outdoor unit.
They took more than 15 days this time & did not respond properly on phone when enquired.
After so many call & follow ups they installed the outdoor unit.
But the problems still exist.
Again complaint was launched.
Technician comes from Comfort point & tells that it was a gas problem.
They filled in the gas & went away.
Still I could not see my problem solved.
I made the complaint as it is a routine now.
This time they took outdoor unit again.
Still they have not returned & I am not getting the proper response from them.
I want to know, do we have any sort of system of regulations for such a pathetic customer service from such a big company?
Can we impose minimum technical standards for customer care services?
Can we file case against such a deteriorating service, while customer has an AMC, fully paid?
Do we have any kind of support from Consumer court for such a failure in customer service?
Please help me out to resolve this issue & I can put benchmark for other service consumer.
Inconvenience caused to you in this regard is regretted.
Hoping for some favorable actions in this direction.
