Customer Service Rules for ecommerce
I have one suggestion to make. Most ecommerce sites when they take and order and then issue communication about dispatch delivery etc never give customer service email address and if you respond to their email it fails because its do not reply address.
Ecommerce sector rules ld require them to email from an address that can accept emails and number 2 their email address must be in the body of their email so people can email from there as well. more
