Eating sugary foods and refined carbs can put individuals at risk of developing diabetes. The human body rapidly breaks these foods down into small sugar molecules, which are absorbed into your bloodstream. The resulting rise in blood sugar stimulates the pancreas to produce insulin, a hormone that helps sugar get out of the bloodstream and into the body's cells. The body's cells are resistant to insulin's action, so sugar remains high in the blood when it comes to patients with the condition of prediabetes. To compensate, the pancreas produce more insulin, attempting to bring blood sugar down to a healthy level.

Over time, this can lead to progressively higher blood sugar and insulin levels, until the condition eventually turns into Type 2 diabetes. Replacing sugar or refined carbs with foods that have less of an effect on blood sugar may help reduce your risk of diabetes. more

Can Mr. Puthucode Anantharaman and Mr.Manjunath Mandikal would indicate as to whether theraphies/products recommended by them are tested & proved and what are side-effects, if any, too please? Unless all pros & cons are indicated, it is dangerous to rely upon general commentaries and advisories given on health matters. more  
Diabetes is caused due to accumulation of indigestible food in a human body. This occurs due a) frequently eating more junk foods, b) More consumption of deep fried foods, c) addicted to street foods, which unhygienic. d) untimely eating habits e) insufficient sleep and many more, DUE TO this, the insulin developed in the body is insufficient, thus fat gets stuck on the lever wall, leading fatty lever. INDIGESTION produces more gas, then acidity and then stomach ulcer, leading to constipation, cramp in legs. Due to defects in the main body system, wind and food pipe become weak , chocking of blood arteries. A void eating junk,street food, perform yoga and exercise. CONSUME THE FOLLOWING DAILY IN EMPTY STOMACH a) two lemons ( after draining juice) and one and half inch long ginger. Wash them in running water. Chop them in small pieces. Boil them in a glass 100 ml water. allow it to cool. Filter and consume in empty stomach, All major problems including kidney,dialyses, urinary track infection infection dilution of calcium, thus preventing heart blockage etc. can be achieved. b) take two table spoon of KALAJEERA, one piece of haldi and one piece of ginger. Boil it in two glass ( 300-400_ ml water . allow it cool over night. consume the cooled water three time a day. result will free of killing of cancerous c ells. more  
This is just information, but the author does not seem to have done any work on ."HOW TO REDUCE DIABETIC CONDITIONS"? Everyone knows the causes of diabetes, but few are able to suggest remedies. more  
Well articulated regarding on the creation of Diabetes. But to give up sugar or sweetness completely is a quite a challenging task for everyone. Nature has solution for all... Stevia. Stevia is full of sweetness without any calories, carbs or Glycaemic index, means does not need insulin to digest it. So no one need to give up sweetness...just give up sugar that's all... Good information. We need to make sure we include complex carbs and items that have good fat like ghee, peanuts, cashews in our diet more
