People who wish to see gender balance in India have to look around and live and feel for the discrimination faced by the girl child in India My charitable clinic is self sustainable and I take no money from government or private sector If I refuse to give counseling for Gender Balance, I am given a lecture on benefits of having a son People keep bundles of currency for getting tested for a male child and i have been refusing since the time ultrasound was introduced in India 1982.... PNDT act was imposed in 1994 How many females are lost between 1982 till date? I have no time or inclination for giving figures on declining numbers for females because I want to avoid debate about it and it's worth sharing news in every national, regional newspaper Learned People will still look away from the declining numbers of females in India and cite rare examples of families who are happy with 1 or 2 girls only Gender Justice A single father is a Dangal father because he managed to get daughters educated A single woman parent is a rebel because she too could manage to Educate her daughters all alone, because society doesn't want rebels as women Gender balance and Gender Justice? This is all due to gross Failure in Addressing Adequate Means of Livelihood coupled with Education which are the Fundamental Issues comprising LIFE ARTICLE 21 .SC ALSO CONFINED THIS BUT THE ILLFULL RULE OF CONGRESS PARTY FROM 1995 set aside these Preamble Guarantees OPENING GATES TO GULF etc Countries , PRIVATISING EDUCATION , Promoting FDI , Foreign Business stopping INDUSTRIES IN INDIA .
Otherwise Men and Women of Indian Family System Practice Would have well progressed SINCE WOMEN COMBINED EDUCATION THAT WAS IN EXISTENCE FROM 70s promoted many Educated Female in allmost the Sectors.
Secondly the illfull Political Parties started creating distance between Genders WHILE THEY DID NOT STOP/CURB DRUGING , PUB CULTURE , FARM HOUSE AND HOLIDAY EVENTS , Teasing Molestations , Rapes , Purchase and Export of Female .
RESULTANTLY since 2 Decades Female gangs/ Teams of Smuggling , Prostitution , Child Trafficking , Exchange of Currency and Gold HAD BEEN INCREASING CREATING SUCH DISTRESS AMONG THE HONEST AND HERITAGE MONGERS .
We all must demand for Justified Rule putting an end to Discriminations among Castes and Religions Specifically stressing arrest of Foreign imbibe and Foreign Social Practices TO HONOUR THE CARRY OF CULTURE AND HERITAGE OF INDIA AND WOMEN UNDER Article 51- A .
We also must Demand for prompt Perfect Implementation of """ Indecent Presentation of Women (Prohibition) Act 1986 """ EVEN CONTROLLING TV MEDIA CHANNELS . In fact it is the basic issue of Women/ Female Societies , Associations , Teams and Groups . more

The same is reproduced hereunder from my fresh memory . ================================================== As I am a permanent life-long Bachelor on my own Oath of economic self-reliance , I think I am not eligible to comment on this Post of yours being in-charge of the Charitable Center for Health & Education, Doctor Madam . However, I volunteer a comment with my claim that I too have some or the other kind of gender awareness since I hail from amongst one big-sized Indian Family of 7 Brothers and 7 Sisters of 2 Parents totaling 2+7+7= 16 human beings. But I wonder , Doctor Madam, you have not mentioned about Gender Balance . Why ? Gender Balance comes first and Gender Justice comes next ; not the vice versa . Parents struggle for Gender Balance in families firstly while Societies struggle for Gender Justice later. It has been said that females are like the software while males are like the hardware . This originated from the families . But, in the competitive times , many a old software turned into hardware and hardware turned into software . So. Gender Balance rather than Gender Justice precedes. more

As long as and for those follow Family System exist prevail Sustain there is no dishonour between Genders. Gandhiji's Quote ' When Female can safely move on Roads in Midnights , then only there is Safety and Independence '.NEED TO BE DERIVED WITHIN THE CUSTOM OF FAMILY IN INDIA . Cost of Food Education and Livelihood have created many sorts of Struggles for LIFE LEAD OF FAMILIES and in particular Females are targeted . THE IPC SET IN THE ISSUE OF FEMENINE GENDER IN BRITISH ERA HAD BEEN THE ROOT CAUSE OF ALL UNDUE ISSUES IN THE INDIAN SOCIETY . Female had been in Enjoyment of Properties of SELF AND HUSBAND till the Additional Share is preferred in 2004. Multiple issues have been raising from 2006 only. And is because of the 2nd and Additional Share of Properties. NO INDIAN HINDU FEMALE WAS DEPRIVED FOR MORAL JUSTIFICATION ON PROPERTIES EVEN BEFORE 2004 and is the ground Fact . The Land Ceiling Act also WISELY SET HONOURING FAMILY SYSTEM IN INDIA. more
