The other area where most of these type service providers are defaulted is refund of cancelled tickets / bookings. The magnanimity of this deficiency in customer service can be made from complaint portals. I, too, have a pending claim against GOIBIBO, which is now two years old. I have exhausted myself with all the efforts without getting a single response from their side. I am now contemplating to move through Consumer court.
Let us pool our issues against these service providers and move the court after giving them one chance to resolve the issues or face the music. more
