This is to wish you a very Happy Diwali, the day we worship ‘Lakshmi’ who is supposed to have been born by the churning of the Ocean of Milk and is Lord Vishnu’s consort. She is essentially worshipped as Goddess of Wealth and Prosperity but she also represents spirituality.
One of the 4 hands that she is depicted with represents Moksha, or liberation from the cycle of birth and death. The two elephants standing next to the Goddess and spraying water denote that ceaseless efforts in accordance with dharma leads to both material and spiritual prosperity.
May ‘Lakshmi’ bless you with all that you seek.
Best regards, more
