Mr. Ramachandran try using a different login ID different cell number and different email Id you will be able to book tickets more

My problem is a bit different : In spite having my having valid Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Passport, Identity Card issued by Election Commission, Driving License, Ration Card, Proof of Address Card issued by Department of Posts, I am not able to 'sign in' or 'log in in for Rail eTicket Booking. It shows at the end of filling up the Registration form that "user already exists". Invariably, I get Rail ticket booked by someone else in spite of my having the resources.
