I always try to tackle subjects that tax me hard & make me think.Thats the way to keep young at heart . The brain has to be exercised the same as the rest of the body. The day you stop worrying will be first day of new life. New possibilities come with an open heart for change. If you are depressed, you are living in the past. If you are anxious, you are living in the future. If you are relaxed & peaceful , you are living the present moment. Be in total harmony with your environment. life is difficult & once you accept it so, it ceases to be difficult. Your inner fortitude & courage will make it simple for you. Never give in . With faith in your self & in your capabilities, surmount each & every obstacle in your way with a smile on your face. Remember you pass this way only once, so live it up to the fullest. Spread happiness wherever you go. more
