This is with reference to the Tronica City coming up in north east delhi being developed by UPSIDC, I was allotted plot directly by UPSIDC in the year 2001. It comes in NCR Delhi.
Development in Tronica City is very very slow, due to poor infrastructure I am unable to live in my own house.
UPSIDC is sleeping on this project they are not bothered on the development of the project it seems it is a failure. They are making fool of us. They have their own website upsidc.com but no one responds to my queries. I have tried many times to meet Project Officer in Tronica City but he is never available in his office.
At time of allotment in the prospectus it was written that within 5 years we have to construct 60 to 70 % else penalty clause will start or plot allotted can be cancelled but even after 14 years UPSIDC is sleeping only 10 % allottees have started the construction in residential area.
Request you to look in the matter seriously.

Dear Amar Remedy would depend on what you want. One option is the writ petition as suggested by Mr. Sarin. Option of cancellation, refund, damages - all depend on the documentation done between UPSIDC and you. You may also explore an option of RTI to get some relevant information and then decide on your action plan. more

Dear Mr Gupta, The problems faced by you and many others are well known to the administration and UPSIDC but the tragedy is the massive corruption and in efficiency at UPSIDC. I feel all the allottees of yr Colony must seek help from your MP which I presume comes under Bagpat Constituency and is Ex Mumbai Police Commissioner Mr. S.P.Singh. I am sure with his active interference you would have some positive action. Otherwise just file a writ petition against UPSIDC and UP Government and court will surely try to sort out your problems. more

Dear Amar Gupta It seems, there is no governance like situation. In Ghaziabad itself there is two projects of Parsvnath Builders namely Parsvnath Regalia and Exotica which was kicked off in 2006/2007. but still today flat owners are running pillar to post to get their flats. One way is to approach court for justice other is to look towards government. My only question to the elected representatives of Delhi & NCR " Do 125 million citizen can expect justice from court only then where is government". Secondly I feel there is no forum of flat purchaser in NCR which can take forward such sad happening to justice and like CREDAI there should be Flat purchaser association for Delhi &NCR. In our country politicians understand Vote counts, so purchaser have to become vote count. I understand the agony faced by people like you who is paying EMI/Rent and all hard earned money is deposited to builders or UPSIDC like institutions. Regards Rajiv more
