I have purchased Silver Coin from Jindal Bullion Private Limited website and paid through PayUmoney gateway (Payment ID: 131425852) on 30th Dec 2016. My order No: 6U3Y0536. After the payment the payment was successful and invoice also generated. But after some time due to some reason this order became pending in merchant website. I contacted merchant office and they said to contact PayUmoney. When I contacted to PayUmoney they informed that payment is successful and I need to inform merchant. Now merchant have not received the money so not ready to deliver me the product. Now PayUmoney is informing that they will not pay the money to merchant as there are few fraud issue against merchant. But PayUmoney is not ready to refund me the money and asking for merchant confirmation for refund and merchant office is not ready to give any confirmation to PayUmoney to refund me as they have not received the money.
In this situation I am in trouble and Jindal Bullion or PayUmoney no one ready to give any confirmation to refund the money.
But somehow I am being harassed by merchant and PayUmoney. Please help me to escalate this issue to PayUmoney merchant care team so that I get the refund. As PayUmoney has not sent the money to merchant and merchant’s account in temporarily deactivated then please help to refund my money. more
