Here I want to give a suggestion in EPF Refundable Loan scheme.
My suggestion is kindly extend the Refundable obligatory Loan entitelment of an EPF Member from 2 months Salary (B.P.+D.A.+SPL.+P.P.) to 6 months and recovery period also increase from 30 months to 60 months.
I hope that after implementation of above said suggestion, it will give a grand relief to EPF members for doing so many financial needs in easy way, they don't have to pay high interest for the same needs.
So, I hope that you all will be agree with me and may raise/notice my suggestion to compitent authority/ Trust for implementation.

Sir your only savings is EPF. If you withdraw 6 months salary amount it may come around 3 L and by repayment in installment your salary is still reduced and the advance EPF is silent. You are an earning member with salary. Then why you touch this PF amount. Do not put your family on the roads after your retirement. You get loan from other sources at a very small interest rates but do not touch the PF other than house construction or marriage purpose of your female children. more

Concept of EPF is to utilize your accumulated fund for your older age when all earnings are stopped. more

To implement the above suggestion, the Act itself need to be amended, so it is not easy to implement the suggestion. more
