Dear Support, (Attention: Connected consumers) I am forwarding this communication to you for taking appropriate action. Medlife is an online supplier of medicines and health care products. It has supplied less than the ordered quantity and has taken the full amount of cost of ordered medicines before handing over the packet sent through courier service. Only after opening the packet I came to know that one pack of VESORET capsules (30 capsules) was not supplied. I phoned the customer care service of Medlife and had registered my concern of short-supply within 30 minutes of opening the packet on 08-02-2020 at around 5:30 PM. No replenishing of medicine or refund of money taken in excess for not supplied medicine is done by Medlife despite ensuring refund within next 48 hours. Please help curbing such unethical practices by Medlife and other online merchants.
