Death Penalty to rapist or chopping off genitals

Society is surely Changing....but not for Good. Evil is threatening to overpower the minds and hearts of people from school going children who take their parents fire arms and shoot their lecturer or rivals dead, to rapists, murderers, revenge plotters. Latest instance is Mohammed Shammi - pace bowler Indian Cricketeers. His model wife Hasin Jahan has leveled very serious allegations and the police have acted quickly and filed FIR against the family of Shammi. Incidents of torture on daily basis by Shammi and family members were cited but most of the time Shammi has been away at play...he also had some run-ins with neighbors over parking in his Kolkata flat...but quite late in the day his wife comes out all guns blazing. One should look at both sides of the story instead of buying the story of a person who approaches the law/police first. Women are no exceptions when it comes to crime. more  

Society getting changed. " there is a need to enact the laws gender neutral with equal quantum of punishment " is needed remedy if the changing practice of offences and crimes of Sex and Society by both the Genders are thought off. There shall be no loop hole exempting any Gender in the issue of Unlawful Sex and Provocations . more  

1.Awarding Costs of Suits , Recovery under Defamation Suits , are already existent legally . 2. The Courts ordered penalties in the Cases untenable before law confining that such are taking away the precious time of the Courts. 3. The Courts also cautioned the lawyers in cases where legitimate evidences could not be submitted. 4. The provision of Appeal to higher Courts shall not be taken as a legal escape from the Fine and Penalty on Cases filed with malafied contentions/intentions 5. There is absolute necessity to mandate penalty and fines to all cases filed with malafied intentions and, wilfully created and cooked up cases set with Selfish intentions for both monetary benefits AND, the cases to defame with developed enimity. THIS WILL REDUCE MANY CASES OF SUCH EITHER DROPPED AFTER SOME TIME , maintained with the motto of getting the Cases Squashed, LEADING SOME CASES SETTLED OUTSIDE, AND, some cases being run till the conclusion of Judgment . Thus , the time of Courts , the Time, Costs, Expenses and Losses of various nature including Honour, Prestige and peace of the Families involved in the litigation of false and created cases mainly in the issue of Divorce, Domestic Violence, Rape and Unlawful Sex COULD BE SAVED AT LARGE . FOLLOWING ISSUES TENDER A MANDATE FOR PUNISHMENTS ON FALSE / CREATED / COOKED-UP CASES : While Divorce cases increasing Suicides of Male spouses, Cases under D.V.Act, and Rapes increasing. There are cases filed with malafied intentions while some cases were highlighted unduly by Media and the Police concluding their findings CHARGING THE ONE as the culprit. Upon public Protest, CBI Probe finds the real Culprit and the first made victim losing name, dignity, peace and Mind in Family, Relations and Society living in. Supreme Court also earlier found that there is increase in false cases and even directed for Confirmed Report of S.P. of the area in such cases before Arresting the person on whom allegations were lodged .
