Deciwood bluetooth speaker.com fraud company

I purchased a brick bluetooth speaker from Deciwood.com advertised on facebook. there is no dimension, size declared by the company. the look was attractive and looking a good in size in the image. when I received the product the size of the product is 5x4x3 inches. and as they mentioned on their website for the "dedicated pick call button" when bluetooth connected to your mobile, there is no mic to speak someone calls. means we can only hear the mobile call cant speak through the bluetooth speaker. The FM is not working properly in the room. In Invoice they also didnot show the GST charges, it means the whole business is running through illegal. They also show the product warranty of 6 months. When I call them to seek the help on mobile no. 8750762206 the person attended that there is no warranty for service, refund, exchange and any other. They are totally cheated the peoples by showing in the advertise of Indian product but the circuit and other accessories used in this product are Chinese. more

In Covid period E Commerce companies are ditching their customers as Consumer Protection cell has become incapable to deal with such companies. Further as said earlier Facebook Companies are totally Fake,if someone is very lucky then can get Items as per requirements and get Desired replacement or Return. Reputed companies like Grocers are also forfeiting "Orange Cash" worth Crores today ie 31.7. 2020 of Millions of their customers and inspite of complaint National Consumer Forum raised their hands and couldn't take any action. more
sir when you see that ad there is no chance that you will never believe on it. Everything even 6 months warranty also given. Companies websites are also active. and COD option availibility is there. So that I ordered. but what the object have been inside the parcel it is in dark always more
Never buy anything from the advertisement on facebook, google or other such sites. Always go for renowned online retailers/integrators like Amazon. Though Amazon may also have fake products but you have an easy return policy (read refund conditions before placing order). The Flipkart has more fake products and lesser discount as compared to Amazon. more
Take it as a lesson 99% of the unknown items listed on FB are fake or dubious. And even known products from dubious sources. more
absolutely correct, thanks Sir more
Fact is that a number of scrupulous companies have been using social platforms like Facebook to "propagate their products without any check ". One should be extra careful when ordering any items. There have been cases even on Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal etc., when someone ordered a product and found it of poor quality. more
For talking on mobile, you hve to speak into your mobile handset. more
