Declining trust in anti-corruption bodies

When everything is manipulated all statistics figures are fudged this also could be a jugglery. Possibly initially people were euphoric but slowly people understood the ground reality the real situation so they have started compromising with the system and making adjustments by paying bribes. There is no occupation certificate for the flat in which I live in Mumbai like that there are many I tried many RTI lodge complain on Maharashtra CM Website and PMO web portal but still Occupation certificate has not been issued.

Statistics can be manipulated and also it does not give the real picture more
