Declining trust in anti-corruption bodies
The complaints at CVC office have drastically reduced and the CVC is saying that corruption has come down.
What they are failing to realise is may be people of the country have given up on CVC to be able to make a difference and hence stop complaining or resort to forums like these circles to solve their issues or seek guidance or share info about corrupt officials.
3 years ago transparency announced that CVC will be joining this circle. His not joining alone indicates there is no interest or inclination of cvc to know of peoples problem on the ground, let alone address.

Corruption is not taking money only. Lethargy and cheating is also corruption. 1. About 45% of the pending court cases are having govt as one of the parties. Even the cases between the departments also not decided by govt. Arbitration , outside settlements can be used by govt to reduce burden on courts in the cases where both the parties are govt departments only. 2 . Unfilled judge vacancies for years. Is it not possible to decide the appointments in advance before they retire. 3. Wasting public money by not attending assembly or parliament." Habitual absent" must be applicable to legislators also. 4 Disturbing proceedings of legislative houses beyond a limited period. 5 Keeping issues pending without any action for years. Like disqualification of legislators. 6 passing bills closed doors and switched off cameras. 7 Important bills passed without voting. Increasing their own emoluments. These are part of many such things. Whom to trust and why? more
