Decreasing blood sugar
I am a diabetic for the last 5 years. My fasting is 155 and post-prandial comes to 225. What measure can I take to reduce it. I am going for walk everyday in the morning. Also HbA1C is high 8.9. Suggestions please. more

@Girdhari ji. The link which you have provided does not open since it says that the domain name has expired. Regarding the price which I had written it was quoted to me by the Sujok therapy in Delhi (http://www.sujokacupuncture.co.in). If you give me your mail id I can send you the quotation since the person concerned was asking for 35000 for machine only. My point is that if I purchase the machine and related products can i be able to do it myself or do I have to take classes for learning somewhere. more

I am Sorry our Lions Club is based in Mumbai, but we do supply the kit and information from here. As a matter of fact we have been requesting Ministry of AYUSH to allow us to broadcast the Sujok training program for PAIN and WEAKNESS, Memory improvement, Concentration, loosing Examination fear and many other health problems so that every one can learn it, ask us questions and we answer them.
