Defiance of judiciary will lead to anarchy

In deed it is the result of dilution in governance of Indian Union. Part III & IV specify that these prime issues are addressive by both State and States wherever otherwise stated . 1. The list II of 7th Schedule is not to deviate from the Constitutional Articles . The responsibility of implementing the provisions specified in these prime parts lies on both . Till now , the Union has neglected in the PRIME issues of 1. Elementary Education , Public Health Care , Land and even Sharing of Water which are basically under article 21 . Only higher education is listed with union and the States grossly neglected the whole issue . Healthcare is also carried so . 2. River and Stream Waters are to be allocated for the whole Territory of the Union as otherwise , there will be wars between and within the States [ J & k , Maharashtra , recent Karnataka & Tamilnadu are examples besides the issues of Maharashtra , Unite and divided A.P. and Karnataka 3. The Natural Resources , National Wealth of Land Forest Treasure were also diversified and ill-carried by States . 2. Students of many States are hailing over to Other States for Education with low marks ; Some Students of Many States going to Other States for better Knowledged Teachings . This is all wasteful expenditure and in other way keeping the Students decades together without requisite and /Talented Teaching which has been leading to incompetence in the Job/Earning Market . 3. Some Wealthy States and States where the Trade Unions are supportive , are industrially and economically developed and the people of many other States had to hail-out to such places . [ Example J & K , MAHARASHTRA , KARNATAKA , TAMILNADU etc., . Even in these States also , the States did not care fundamental duty of addressing all the Districts of their area ] . Hers also , Some Districts are highlighted with Education and Employment/Earning Opportunities while some Districts grossly neglected . 4. The Earlier Union Governments did not take interest of the Union as a whole and hence only the States became negligent and even going against . This ademency started from the year 3rd and 4th Decades when the Union of States could not define and derive the perfect objective of certain issues of poor and deserving public and some States too . 5. The failure of law and order and the increase of Corruption planted the misappropriation , misuse and malpractices in the public administration both at Center and the States . This has made the States go differently from out of national integrity and the concept of Union of States swallowing the Revenues , Incomes and Wealth of their areas like land , minerals and metals and , Forest Produces . 6. This process preference by the Central government HAS LEAD THE JUDICIARY SUFFER FROM INADEQUATE NUMBER OF JUDGES AND , INSUFFICIENT NUMBER OF COURTS . The issues of point 3 , 4 and 5 diluted a major part of Law and Justice too as well as to some extent , the Judiciary also . Unless the Judiciary is endowed with a permanent Constitutional Bench of the Supreme Court , this miserable issue of Justice cannot be set to fit . 7. Further , the Executive is to be separated from the Legislatures/Parliament Houses which should have their own Secretariat LEAVING THE EXECUTIVE ONLY TO DISCHARGE THE DUTIES STRICTLY AS PER CONSTITUTIONAL PROVISIONS AND LAWS IN FORCE . The Election Commission of India has to Regulate Moral Conduct , Socially-bound Candidature banning Contesting those who had summoned by a competent Court on any Social and or Financial Crime TO ERADICATE THE DANGEROUS SITUATION like in 2013 where there were above 30% convicted in the Indian legislating Houses . THEREFORE , THE EMPOWERED EXECUTIVE , MORALLY & SOCIALLY BOUND LEGISLATURES can only honour the prompt carry of the Concept and Objectives of our Constitution and , the Orders , directions and Suggestions of the Constitutional Bench of the Indian Supreme Court will stand honoured compulsotily . [ S.C. on one day in a case Staged that the issue of Law and Order is the absolute duty of the Executive and quashed the PIL filed by a J&K Citizen . The S.C. on the next day in a case Staged that the States of Karnataka and Tamilnadu have to control Law and Order situation in their States when these two States were went on rival attacks ON THE PIL preferred by a Socially-bound Citizen of Tamilnadu WHICH ONLY HAD STOPPED THE CONTINUANCE OF THE RIVAL ATTACKS between the people of these TWO STATES ] . All Such can be arrested only with the process and practice suggested above please . more  

I also believe that a lot of poor judgements and corruption in the judicial system has let to the downgrade of the respect of the Judicial system in India. The sickness and disease in the system needs to be treated first. Unless this cleanup happens people will believe that power and money can buy anything including a home free judgement. Secondly the implementation of the law is non existent. The police should have arrested the perpetrators right away. What are they waiting for? Are they not aware of the SC ruling? Why are they never proactive in their reaction? That is also why people have no fear of the law - they no they can do anything openly and without fear and get away with it. Our judicial and law system needs to be revamped, cleaned up and reorganized. Until then it is the rule of criminals who run free. They will rape, pillage and destroy freely. more  

Justice is to be the substance of objective and concept of the Constitutional provisions and Laws . Textual base calls for questioning an article of the constitution too . So , the concept and objective read with the Regional importance that was addressed in the case of Scheduled Areas and , the Scheduled Tribes is to be base for Regional Culture and heritage . The issue of Waters etc., are also under the specified duties of the Indian Union and hence , the Executive to deal with the conclusions of National Legal Commission too . But , the GOI has the ultimate responsibility to look-after the Water etc., prime necessities . 1. Jallikattu is an issue of increasing strength and Stamina to control a Bull or an Ox in one way AND IN ANOTHER WAY , it tests the Stamina and Skill of Run by Bull/Ox those naturally used for Travel with load besides the activity in Cultivating . There are Bulls which even killed the Tiger with its Corns and such were even carried in Procession in the village and was the real fact in History of this Country . ==Weight/Load budging activity of Bulls is an issue in A.P. State . This in one way create interest and enthusiasm in the Bulls to run and budge the Load efficiently and fast in speed . Bulls are used for budging the Bullock Carts with Load and even used for long distance Travel in Villages in the Villages besides their use in Cultivation . This was also the known fact to Farmers of above 60 years of Age . ==Even for the Bullock Carts with Bulls , Carts with Horses , both are used to make them run with Hunters and is also known to those aged beyond 60 years of Rural India . Even in these days , there are Villages still running with Carts run by Horses and the driver uses Hunter . [ Beating with nailed Hunters visualising Blood ONLY TO BE PROHIBITED ] ==As the Rural India discloses , Still , the Bulls of Bullock Carts , the Oxes of Oil extracting Grinders possess even a Hardened heep on their Neck and is also specifically known to those who view and see physically . There are all common . We are seeing the Hens/Chicks crying when the Chicken seller opens the nest trying to take out . But still , many are making it de-necked and made Chicken Slices BUT , SINCE IT IS TO EAT , NOT A CRIME . Such an issue I also observed when a Sheep crying when the Cutter nearing with his Knife . But , still , since it is to eat , becomes not a Crime . 2. The Supreme Court delivered a Verdict decades back that Horse Racing is not a Crime to animal SINCE HORSES ARE TO RUN FAST AND BE KEPT IN PRACTICE . This type of Justice is to be thought in cases of Bull and Ox also . They are to be trained / used Daily for budging the Load/Weight though the activity in Cultivation needs only twice in an year for the two crops Further , the Bull and Ox is to be used often for Travels with Carts in fast run . FOR ALL THE ACTIVITIES , HUNTER or a STICK IS REQUIRED . 3. Conclusively , the Hen/Chick , the Sheep/goat , Cries due to fear of Killing and any body can see physically and judge . == The Snake also feels afraid on seeing Human-being as most Rural Citizen know this Fact . == The aged or Week Buffellows etc., cattle when nearing the cabin where the Cutting Machines Cut their front-line Cattle LEGS , NECK also Cries and Jerks back but cannot save itself due to the line pressure from back . This also can be observed in Slaughter Houses where special permission is required to enter . BUT STILL , THIS IS ALSO NOT A CRIME due to the opinion of keeping the human-beings away from diseases . ==Horses are feeded with Liquor [ Rum ] to run fast terribly . Racing Horses are trained in certain conditions too . A controlling stick/Hunter is necessary and no body will see . Horses are run with closed eyes because hey afraid much . If a Horse is afraid , none can stop it or control it without any damage . Closing of its eyes while on taking work from it is also not a crime or punishment to it . 4. All the above facts justify the need of Jallikattu in Tamilnadu , Bull Run with Weight/Load in Andhra Pradesh , are just for display to the people while making the human beings feel un-afraid of these . These and such will lead longer ages the tactics , training and making these useful and innocently sincere Animals as their kit and kin in daily life in Rural India . THESE ARE PUBLIC FUNCTION CAMPAIGNS AND NOT BEING CONDUCTED LIKE HORSE RACES CHARGING WITH COSTLY ENTRANCE TICKET BY MILLIONAIRS besides the Betting of lakhs and hence need to be justified [ Solo dances , Chorus Songs & Dances etc., cultural activities were BANNED and TELE-VISION VISUALISATION HAS BEEN PROMOTED . WHAT IS JUSTICE AND WHAT TYPE OF LAWS PLEASE . The Cultural activities both of human association and with the association of the Animals those are life part and dependent on both shall not be banned . Inhuman , uncultural , and those lead to danger to Animals or human can be REGULATED FOR SAFETY & life preference . Jallikattu , Bull/Ox load Tests , Bullick Carts Load Budging , Horse Riding etc., alongwith Community enjoyment activities are not to be banned . We are viewing the Heroic / Challenging Performances displayed in T.V.Media like [ ZABARDAST / SAAHASA KRITYA ] etc., etc., and even the ANIMAL HUNTS IN FOREIGN CHANNELS DISPLAYED IN THIS COUNTRY besides Sexy Dances with Sex inciting Expressions etc., etc., which are not controlled by the Governments and Courts . Regional Culture , Custom and Systems are not to be set aside totally . We had stopped Sacrifice in Yagas which takes place very rarely when these are conducted . BUT , EVERY DAY THOUSANDS OF SHEEP AND HUNDREDS OF GOAT etc., etc., are Killed for Eating its Meat as Food . What is Law AND WHERE IS JUSTICE . more
